Discreet Shipping

Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain boxes or envelopes with no advertisements. Packages will display one of the following return addresses:

Shipping Rates and Policies

United States and Territories

We use an algorithm to estimate shipping costs, but actual costs may vary due to factors such as oversized packaging, heavy items (e.g., sex dolls, large rubber products, or furniture), or manufacturer-specific materials.

Estimated Shipping Rates:

• Standard USA Shipping: $6.95 for the first item, $0.95 for each additional item
• Priority USA Shipping: $10.95 for the first item, $2.00 for each additional item

Drop Ship Fee: A flat $3.00 per order covers packaging materials, labels, and labor. All orders are considered drop-ship orders, regardless of whether they are shipped to you or directly to your customers.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages:

• A $25 undeliverable fee and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
• Any remaining balance will be issued as a credit via coupon code for future purchases.

International Shipping

International shipping is available; however, it is not guaranteed and may not include online tracking once the package leaves the United States. Customers assume all risks associated with international orders.

Important Notes:

• You may be responsible for taxes, duties, tariffs, or import fees.
• All packages are declared as “NOVELTY ITEMS” on customs forms.
• Wholesale Adult Toys is not liable for packages delayed, confiscated, or lost by customs officials.

Estimated International Shipping Rates:

• USPS International Package: $39.95 for the first item, $3.95 for each additional item
• DHL Global Mail Priority: $17.95 for the first item, $3.95 for each additional item

Undeliverable or Refused Packages:

• A $50 undeliverable fee and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
• Remaining balances will be issued as a credit via coupon code for future purchases.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received and typically ship within 24 business hours. Expedited orders (Next Day & 2nd Day Air) are prioritized, but delivery within 1-2 business days is not guaranteed. Please note that UPS and FedEx do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as part of their expedited services.

International Order Policy

We currently ship to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

First-Time International Customers (Excluding Canada):
To safeguard your credit, we require a completed International Credit Authorization Form and a copy of photo identification. This form is emailed after your order is placed and must be returned before your order can be processed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• All customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
• If Wholesale Adult Toys is billed for these charges, the associated costs will be charged to your credit card.

Delivery Guarantee:
International deliveries are not guaranteed. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for packages lost, stolen, or damaged unless confirmed by the post office and/or returned to Wholesale Adult Toys.
