Wholesale Adult Toys has recently made changes to our return policies. Please read the entire return policy before placing your order.

Product Return Policy

Wholesale Adult Toys does not accept unauthorized product returns directly from Customer (You) or Customer’s customers for any reason. You will be charged for all undeliverable or refused packages and such products will be returned to stock. You will be credited for the returned product in an undeliverable or refused package, less a 25% restocking fee. Wholesale Adult Toys will contact you via email to confirm that the shipper returned the package.

Due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will credit or replace DEFECTIVE products only (or for any shipping errors made by our warehouse) within 30 days of purchase. As soon as you receive your product please open the item and make sure it is working properly. If there is a defective product in your order, you MUST fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form before returning any defective item(s). Please return the item(s) in their original packaging within 30 days to the address you receive from us in your RMA email. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be credited to your account. Please keep all packaging for the 30-day return period.

Items Cannot Be Returned for Size or Function

Order items CANNOT be returned for sizing or function reasons. Many of our products come with sizes, functions, colors, etc. listed in the product description. Your customers cannot return products because they do not like them or because the item is “too big” or “too small”. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so please be sure to read the product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Items that have been deemed defective by our customer (you) (not the customer’s customer) can apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All RMA requests must first be approved by Wholesale Adult Toys before mailing the defective items back. To request an RMA, select “Product Return / Exchange” from the drop-down menu under “How Can We Help”. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to approve your RMA request. You will receive approval or denial based on our decision via email to the email address listed in your account. Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to process your RMA once we have received your package. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with product refunds unless the error was made by us. If the item(s) are found to be defective we will issue a credit for the shipping. Refunds will be applied to your wholesale account balance. Refunds will NOT be issued to the credit card account used to place your order under any circumstances.
