Recent Policy Updates

Wholesale Adult Toys has recently updated our return policies. Please read the entire policy below to ensure you understand our terms before completing your purchase.


Product Return Policy

Wholesale Adult Toys does not accept unauthorized product returns from either you (the customer) or your customers for any reason. Any undeliverable or refused packages will incur a 25% restocking fee, and you will be charged for such packages. These returned products will be credited to your account after deducting the restocking fee.

If a package is returned, we will notify you via email once the shipper has confirmed its return to our warehouse.

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exceptions will only be made for defective items or shipping errors on our part, as detailed below.


Defective Products or Shipping Errors

We will credit or replace defective products or items shipped in error within 14 days of purchase. Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items immediately to ensure they are in proper working condition.

If you identify a defective item, you must complete a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form before returning the product. Defective items must be returned in their original packaging within the 14-day return window. Products without original packaging will not be credited. Please retain all packaging materials for the duration of this period.


Items Cannot Be Returned for Size or Function

Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to size, function, or personal preference. All product details, including size, functions, and colors, are provided in the product description. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions thoroughly before placing an order.


Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

To process a return for defective items, you must request and receive approval for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

How to Request an RMA:

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to the "Member Support" section. Select "RMA / Returns" from the drop-down menu in the support form. Submit your request.

RMA Guidelines:

  • Allow up to 5 business days for your RMA request to be reviewed. You will receive approval or denial via the email associated with your account. Once approved, return the defective items to the address provided in the RMA email. Processing your return may take up to 5 weeks after we receive your package.

Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the issue was caused by our warehouse. If the item is confirmed defective, we will credit the shipping cost to your account.

Refunds:
Refunds will be applied to your Wholesale Adult Toys account balance and will not be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase under any circumstances.
